Crash Course in Professional Communication

Building Social Confidence

Do you get anxious in social situations? Would you like to improve confidence in making friends, dating, or approaching authority figures? Dr. Tiffany O’Meara uses a “cognitive-behavioral” approach to understanding social anxiety and building social confidence. In this interactive session, you will identify thought and behavior patterns that keep you from reaching your personal and career goals, and will leave with tools to help reduce anxiety and increase confidence.
